Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay  

Vineyards: situated in the commune of Monforte d’Alba

Altitude vineyards: between 300/350 meters above sea level

Soil composition: clay – calcareous

Vineyard exposure: southeast and southwest

Vine growing: traditional guyot

Max production per hectare: 90 quintals per hectare

Vinification: The fermentation is carried in stainless steel on the juice drained by pressing at a temperature of 15°-17° C. When the fermentation is completed starts the malolactic fermentation.

Aging: After the fermentation the wine is poured into stainless steel tanks on the dregs for fining for about 8 months.

Tasting notes: Pale straw yellow colour and  clear notes of apple, and  flowers that develop after aging in interesting mineral and citrus nuances. The mouth is dry with a fruity and slightly bitter long finish.

Alcohol: from 12.5% to 14%

Serving suggestions: Ideal with seafood, fish dishes and hors d'oeuvres.

Longevity: this winecan have amazing evolution over the 3-4 years after bottling
